My fishing season is over...

It has been cold these days here in Japan. It seems that we cannot expect good bass fishing, and that bass fishing of this season is over.

Actually, I rarely go fishing recently...

Well, this time again, I’ll show you some lure collections (??) of mine below.

Both are "mini" crank baits, which were catching on this year. I guess those will do an excellent job in the next fishing season as well... I hope so...

My fourth fishing trip to Lake Kasumigaura

Autumn has come, and we are enjoying a good season for fishing here in Japan, especially bass-fishing!!

Here are some pictures when I went to L.K.(Lake Kasumigaura) on one autumn day at the beginning of October.

40 cm !! a nice fish !!

I got those three above with the crank bait by EVERGREEN. That means a good fishing season is coming after a "hot, hot" summer because the fish is quite active attacking the lure and the water temperature of the river has been getting suitable for the fish to survive!!

My third fishing trip to Lake Kasumigaura.

I visited several sites around there all day...

But, I got only one fish ...this time...

What a tough condition・・・

Since I just have few to post, showing my tackles seems to be the only idea that I can come up with…

my fishing trip to Lake Kasumigaura 2

This was my second fishing trip to Lake Kasumigaura.

It was a really really hot summer day, so that the condition of the field could not be good to do fishing.

The result of the fishing as below…

Woo…　a barbel steed…

A good fight! But this is not what I want…

Woo…　a bluegill…

This is not what I want either…

This is it!! a black bass!! Only 20cm though…

Although I had a bad day of fishing this time, doing fishing always makes me feel great!! 

Lake Kasumigaura will never die !!

This was the first fishing-trip to Lake Kasumigaura, one of the biggest bass-fishing lakes in Japan, since the terrible earthquake attacked through eastern Japan.

I tried my hand-made rig, and got one!! 42cm

This is the one, 42cm !!

The scars by the earthquake here and there, this is one of them…

This time, I just went there to see what is going on around the lake after the terrible earthquake. They’ve got serious damages in certain areas out there, but they have some areas less-damaged. All we have to do is to try to enjoy fishing to get the tragedy over !!

“My home field”, Ara-kawa River, Bass-fishing！！

Ara-kawa River runs from Saitama prefecture, where I live, through Tokyo-metropolitans into Tokyo bay. 

Bass-fishing has been popular in this river for more than 20 years.

I got the big one above, 45 cm, the first fish in this season. Well, it seems a little bit 

earlier to get into the spawning season this year…

Finally, off to a good start in this spring !!
It seems like spring has not come yet, but  actually
inside the water, definitely spring is just around the corner !!
